  3. Grow'Em is NOT a public domain program, but copyrighted by Paul Postuma.
  4. Software and accompanying documentation are protected by copyright law
  5. and international treaty provisions.

  7. You are granted a limited license to use this software for evaluation
  8. purposes for a period not to exceed thirty days.  If you continue using
  9. this software after the thirty-day evaluation period, you are required
  10. to make a registration payment to Paul Postuma.

  12. You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
  13. disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed
  14. program except as provided in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized
  15. use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.

  19. LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE

  21. The following may distribute Grow'Em, completely unaltered, without
  22. further permission...; for other cases or to distribute in modified
  23. form, you must consult the attached data record, which is hereby
  24. incorporated by reference.  Any distribution satisfying all the
  25. distribution requirements expressed in that data record is hereby
  26. authorized.

  28. Permission to distribute the Grow'Em package is not transferable,
  29. assignable, saleable, or franchisable.  Each vendor wishing to
  30. distribute the package must independently satisfy the terms of this
  31. limited distribution license.

  33. U.S. Government Information:  Use, duplication, or disclosure by the
  34. U.S. Government of the computer software and documentation in this
  35. package shall be subject to the restricted rights applicable to
  36. commercial computer software as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of
  37. the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at
